Para isso, De Luca viajou\u00a0at\u00e9\u00a0a Espanha onde acontece\u00a0o\u00a0cultivo para conhecer de perto a planta\u00e7\u00e3o, colheita e processo de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0da\u00a0cebola\u00a0colossal. Al\u00e9m disso, invadiu novamente a cozinha da marca para descobrir as fases de\u00a0preparo\u00a0desse \u00edcone\u00a0do\u00a0restaurante. Em especial,\u00a0o\u00a0mist\u00e9rio\u00a0do\u00a0corte que d\u00e1\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0cebola\u00a0o\u00a0formato inspirado na flor australiana Waratah e que, por muito anos, foi feito manualmente.
