A empresa teria negado promo\u00e7\u00f5es ou aumento de sal\u00e1rios \u00e0s funcion\u00e1rias da \u00e1rea t\u00e9cnica, segundo as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es foram disponibilizadas pela ag\u00eancia de not\u00edcias brit\u00e2nica Reuters, por meio de documentos legais referentes a processos iniciados em 2015 na corte federal de Seattle, nos Estados Unidos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A Microsoft nega as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es e diz investir US$ 55 milh\u00f5es por ano, cerca de R$ 179 milh\u00f5es, para promover inclus\u00e3o e diversidade. Das 118 alega\u00e7\u00f5es de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00eanero no processo, apenas uma foi considerada fundamentada pela <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">empresa americana<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. \u00a0A Microsoft \u00a0j\u00e1 teria solicitado sigilo sobre o total de den\u00fancias do processo, pois poderia desestimular outros funcion\u00e1rios a relatar casos futuros. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Os advogados das funcion\u00e1rias consideram os dados do processo &#8220;chocantes&#8221;. As partes envolvidas pretendem continuar o processo com uma a\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva, podendo incluir mais oito mil funcion\u00e1rias. O juiz respons\u00e1vel pelo caso ainda est\u00e1 analisando o processo de acusa\u00e7\u00e3o para avan\u00e7ar com a\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva.
