Inscri\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o abertas at\u00e9 o dia 30 de maio<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O Sebrae Cear\u00e1 lan\u00e7ou o <\/span><b>Edital de Sele\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica de Patroc\u00ednio a Eventos Corporativos Presenciais 2025.2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, uma oportunidade estrat\u00e9gica para apoiar iniciativas voltadas ao fortalecimento dos pequenos neg\u00f3cios no Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o oferece patroc\u00ednio de at\u00e9 <\/span><b>R$ 30 mil por projeto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, respeitando o limite de <\/span><b>50% do custo total do evento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, e busca impulsionar a\u00e7\u00f5es que promovam conhecimento, inova\u00e7\u00e3o e acesso ao mercado para microempreendedores individuais (MEIs), microempresas, empresas de pequeno porte, produtores rurais e potenciais empreendedores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A iniciativa visa &#8220;promover a\u00e7\u00f5es que favore\u00e7am a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial e a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de receitas para os pequenos neg\u00f3cios&#8221;, refor\u00e7a <strong>Alice Mesquita<\/strong>, articuladora da Unidade de Eventos do Sebrae Cear\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Per\u00edodo de inscri\u00e7\u00f5es<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o abertas de <\/span><b>06 a 30 de maio de 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, at\u00e9 as 23h59 (hor\u00e1rio de Bras\u00edlia), e devem ser feitas neste link:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sebrae.com.br\/sites\/PortalSebrae\/ufs\/ce\/sebraeaz\/2024-confira-os-editais-abertos-do-sebrae-no-ceara,8c96212f3eb3d810VgnVCM1000001b00320aRCRD\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Inscreva-se aqui<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>Quem pode participar?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Podem apresentar propostas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Entidades sem fins lucrativos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, com objetivo social compat\u00edvel com o projeto e atua\u00e7\u00e3o ligada ao segmento empresarial;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Empresas promotoras de eventos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, classificadas como <\/span><b>ME ou EPP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, com CNAE 82.30-0-01 e que tenham, em seu objeto social, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de feiras, congressos, exposi\u00e7\u00f5es e eventos similares.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Todos os proponentes devem ser pessoas jur\u00eddicas constitu\u00eddas h\u00e1 pelo menos um ano e sediadas no Brasil. O evento proposto deve obrigatoriamente ocorrer no <\/span><b>Estado do Cear\u00e1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Alice Mesquita<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, articuladora da Unidade de Eventos do Sebrae Cear\u00e1, d\u00e1 exemplos de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que constituem o p\u00fablico do edital. &#8220;Uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o de empres\u00e1rios, por exemplo. Uma CDL (C\u00e2mara de Dirigentes Lojistas), uma federa\u00e7\u00e3o de pequenos neg\u00f3cios, associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos pequenos neg\u00f3cios do munic\u00edpio&#8221;, relaciona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Apesar disso, se uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade civil (OSC), por exemplo, desejar propor um projeto, poder\u00e1 concorrer desde que em seu estatuto social informe que pelo menos um de seus objetivos est\u00e1 ligado ao empreendedorismo, e n\u00e3o somente \u00e0 \u00e1rea social.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Importante:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Empres\u00e1rios individuais, incluindo MEIs, <\/span><b>n\u00e3o podem<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> participar como proponentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Tipos de eventos eleg\u00edveis<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O edital contempla o patroc\u00ednio a diversos formatos de eventos presenciais, tais como:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Feiras de neg\u00f3cio e exposi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Oficinas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Semin\u00e1rios<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Workshops<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Atividades esportivas integradas ao turismo<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>C\u00e1lculo de custeio e repasses<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para entender melhor o limite de custo do evento, considere o seguinte c\u00e1lculo: se o projeto custar R$ 80 mil, o Sebrae n\u00e3o patrocina R$ 40 mil, valor que corresponde a 50% do total, mas R$ 30 mil, que \u00e9 o teto m\u00e1ximo de patroc\u00ednio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No caso de patroc\u00ednio m\u00e1ximo, a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre da seguinte forma: R$ 15 mil ser\u00e1 repassado com anteced\u00eancia, <strong>caso a empresa solicite via of\u00edcio<\/strong>, e os outros R$ 15 mil restantes ser\u00e3o repassados<strong> apenas ap\u00f3s o fim do evento<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>O que o Sebrae pode (ou n\u00e3o) custear<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O patroc\u00ednio cobre despesas relacionadas \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica do evento, como estrutura, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, equipamentos e profissionais. No entanto, <\/span><b>n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o financiadas despesas com<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o (coffee break, coquet\u00e9is, etc);<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Atra\u00e7\u00f5es culturais (bandas, shows, decora\u00e7\u00e3o);<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de mestres de cerim\u00f4nia.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Regras para os eventos<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Devem ter <\/span><b>dura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima de dois dias<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> e <\/span><b>carga hor\u00e1ria de pelo menos 12 horas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ser realizados entre <\/span><b>10 de julho e 10 de novembro de 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ter p\u00fablico estimado de, no m\u00ednimo, <\/span><b>50 participantes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, sendo <\/span><b>30% vinculados a pessoas jur\u00eddicas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (MEI, ME, EPP, produtor rural ou artes\u00e3o formalizado);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Estar alinhados aos <\/span><b>Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel (ODS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> da ONU;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Apresentar <\/span><b>conte\u00fado t\u00e9cnico relevante<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> que estimule a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o em gest\u00e3o, inova\u00e7\u00e3o, gera\u00e7\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios e desenvolvimento local.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Sele\u00e7\u00e3o e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos projetos<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Os projetos ser\u00e3o avaliados com base nos seguintes crit\u00e9rios:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Impacto para os pequenos neg\u00f3cios e economia local;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Qualidade e relev\u00e2ncia da programa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Potencial de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios e fortalecimento de mercado;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">N\u00famero de empreendimentos diretamente beneficiados;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Alinhamento com os objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos do Sebrae e com os ODS da ONU.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A divulga\u00e7\u00e3o dos projetos selecionados ser\u00e1 feita em <\/span><b>30 de junho de 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, e os dias 01 e 02 de julho ser\u00e3o destinados a solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de esclarecimentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Um edital que chega onde \u00e9 mais necess\u00e1rio<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Essa \u00e9 uma a\u00e7\u00e3o do Sebrae Cear\u00e1 que busca alcan\u00e7ar todos os cantos do Estado, inclusive territ\u00f3rios que muitas vezes n\u00e3o recebem o devido investimento em empreendedorismo.
