Ayako Kawano ( Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic, HaiFuri: High School Fleet, The Seven Deadly Sins the Movie: Prisoners of the Sky) está dirigindo o filme na A-1 Pictures e Kento Toya (Sword Art Online: Alicization – War of Underworld, The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments) está projetando os personagens. Yasuyuki Kai está servindo como diretor de ação e Yuki Kajiura está retornando para compor a música. Yoshitsugu Matsuoka como Kirito e Haruka Tomatsu como Asuna estão retornando para dar voz aos seus personagens.
