Estão abertas, até 30 de novembro, as inscrições para a segunda edição do Prêmio Pólen de Literatura, que reconhece obras de ficção inéditas nos gêneros romance, suspense, policial ou thriller. A premiação é uma iniciativa da Suzano Papel e Celulose para incentivar a leitura, a literatura brasileira e a descoberta de novos escritores.
Serão aceitos apenas trabalhos originais inéditos e escritos por brasileiros – natos ou naturalizados –, a partir de 14 anos, residentes e domiciliados no Brasil. Para ter acesso aos documentos de inscrição basta clicar aqui.
O vencedor será anunciado no dia 31 de janeiro de 2019 e receberá a quantia de 10 mil reais, além de ter a oportunidade de lançar seu livro pela Editora Arqueiro. A quantia, entretanto, será disponibilizada via cartão de débito, não podendo ser convertida em dinheiro.
Do início das inscrições até o momento, o regulamento do prêmio já recebeu mais de mil acessos. Entre os livros enviados para avaliação serão selecionados cinco finalistas a serem julgados por um comitê escolhido pela Arqueiro e pela Pólen. O júri será formado pelo editor do selo Estação Brasil (Editora Sextante), Pascoal Soto; pelo jornalista da Folha de S.Paulo, Maurício Meireles; e pelo autor e roteirista Raphael Montes.
