A partir dessa terça-feira (28), refugiados e imigrantes residentes no Estado do Rio de Janeiro poderão receber aulas gratuitas de língua portuguesa e cultura brasileira nas cidades de São Gonçalo e São João de Meriti, na Região Metropolitana da cidade do Rio. A iniciativa é da Fundação de Apoio à Escola Técnica (Faetec), instituição vinculada à Secretaria de Estado de Ciência, Tecnologia e Desenvolvimento Social (SECTIDS) do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
Com 20 vagas em cada polo, as aulas terão duração de 120 horas com aulas duas vezes por semana. Em São Gonçalo, os encontros serão às terças e quintas-feiras, das 13 às 15h30 e em São João de Meriti, às terças e quintas-feiras, das 18 às 20h30.
No curso, os alunos terão oportunidade de se expressar escrita e oralmente na língua portuguesa, comunicar-se em português em diversas situações e compreender aspectos sociais e históricos da cultura brasileira.
Para participar, os interessados precisam ser cidadãos estrangeiros, ter o Ensino Fundamental incompleto e idade mínima de 15 anos. As inscrições são feitas nas unidades onde ocorrerão as aulas e é necessário apresentar CPF e RNE ou Protocolo de Refúgio.
